Leafs depth chart at all positions

The following Toronto Maple Leafs depth chart (25may12) gives priority to players deemed able to help the big club over the next two to three seasons, and also lowers the rankings of unrestricted free agents, as there is little cap room available for signing these.

The weakest positions for the Leafs appear to be Left Wing, Goaltender,  and Centre, so if the Buds do trade for Luongo or Nash in a multi-player swap, it would be worthwhile to try and have a big Left Winger or Centre also coming back Toronto's way.

At the Centre position, as Colborne and McKegg need to take the lion's share of minutes with the Marlies next season, there is no longer room in the organization for the loyal and talented Mike Zigomanis, who will surely get picked up by another AHL team for his leadership and experience.
