USA Healthcare Reform; FIRED UP and READY TO GO!!!

Barack Obama made a direct pitch to the middle class of America today with his speech at the Target Center in Minneapolis, telling a story about how the chant lady of South Carolina inspired his campaign. Her trademark Fire It Up and Ready To Go slogans were invoked to close out an inspirational speech to a lively audience.

As a Canadian who has enjoyed world-class free healthcare my entire life, I am grateful that America is moving in a positive direction on this issue. The two most effective uses of tax dollars are education and health care, to create a skilled, productive populace, and without this evolution, the USA would fall further behind other societies, economically and culturally.
