As a Canadian who has enjoyed world-class free healthcare my entire life, I am grateful that America is moving in a positive direction on this issue. The two most effective uses of tax dollars are education and health care, to create a skilled, productive populace, and without this evolution, the USA would fall further behind other societies, economically and culturally.
