According to TMZ, whose Komisarek story was picked up by Huffington Post, the woman claims he held her in the air on the dance floor and then she demanded to be put down, When he didn't comply, she says she slapped him, after which she says he hit her, causing her to bleed. She also alleges Komisarek left the club, so she called the Los Angeles Police.

It will be interesting to see the full timeline of the story, as civil suits are often the real motive behind a criminal complaint. If we never hear much about this story again, I'd say that means a private settlement regarding an over-exaggerated nightclub encounter.
